This page is the depository of little bits and pieces that I like to do whilst brewing. This is NOT a list of things you SHOULD do, or MUST do, as everyone brews according to their own method and one persons’ methodology is not necessarily more right or wrong than another; This is simply a page containing information on the little things that I have found out/worked out/tried out to (theoretically) help make it easier to brew, make a better tasting brew, or to simply try something different. And lets face it, besides making a beverage that’s cheaper than buying it from the local outlet, home brewing is all about experimenting.

With each point I’ll also state why I did it that way, or what I was attempting to achieve, and please feel free to comment and ask questions, or send in your own little tid-bits and techniques you like to do - with all praise to the author of course :-)

* THIS PAGE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION BUT WILL BE FINISHED REALLY SOON*
